We offer a secure and cost-effective document storage facility for clients, which is typically used by private individuals for wills, Powers of Attorney and other documents of a personal nature.
Our commercial clients also use the document storage service for agreements, leases and other commercially sensitive documents.
You are free to inspect or collect your documents at any time during normal business hours, although we would normally ask for 24 hours prior notice in order to have the documents ready.
Virtually any document can be stored in our strongroom by prior arrangement, for which we charge a very cost-effective fee of £15 per year, inclusive of VAT.
This fee covers all costs, including the actual storage, insurance and all handling charges. We request payment of the fee to be made in advance by standing order.
