Fixed fee divorce service
What the Fixed Fee Includes:
Our fixed fee of £395.00, which includes VAT, covers the cost of obtaining a straight forward uncontested divorce only. For this price we will prepare and file with the Court all the documentation needed to obtain your divorce as well as keep you informed of developments throughout.
Court fees may be an additional cost, but depending on your financial circumstances you may be eligible for a fee remission. Please note that it is your responsibility for completing the fee remission form and providing the necessary supporting documentation. If you fail to provide all documentary evidence as required then the Court will simply reject your application.

You should also note that if circumstances change, and your divorce does not proceed on an uncontested basis, then we may need to revise our charges. However, we will inform you if this should arise and agree in advance any revised price with you.
What the fee does NOT cover
This service does not cover any ancillary (i.e. financial) matters, or disputes relating to children, property or finances.
