This is why our specialist lawyers offer a fixed fee for an uncontested divorce, providing certainty about the legal fees involved in such an action.

- in three instalments
- £200 on receipt of instructions
- £100 on submitting application for decree nisi
- £95 prior to obtaining decree absolute
What is included?
For our fixed fee of £395, we will take care of the divorce process from start to finish, including:
- Gathering all the relevant details
- Corresponding with other parties
- Preparing and filing all the relevant paperwork with the Court

Is a fixed fee, uncontested divorce appropriate to my circumstances?
The fixed fee covers the cost of obtaining the divorce. If there are disputes regarding children, property or finances then those will need to be dealt with separately. In such cases, we will advise you on the best way to proceed, including mediation.
What is not included?
If your spouse defends the divorce or refuses to sign the paperwork, we may need to carry out extra work for you. In such cases, we will agree any additional fees before taking action. Therefore, you will always know exactly what you are paying.
