Secure document storage

We offer a secure and cost-effective document storage facility for clients. This is typically used by private individuals for the safeguarding of Wills, Powers of Attorney and other documents of a personal nature and by our commercial clients for agreements, leases and other commercially sensitive documentation.

Virtually any document can be stored in our strongroom by prior arrangement, for which we charge £9.40 per year inclusive of VAT. In all cases we ask for payment in advance to be made by standing order. This cost covers everything, including, in addition to the actual storage, insurance and all handling charges. You are free to inspect or collect your documents at any time during normal business hours, although we would normally ask for 24 hours prior notice in order to have the documents ready.
