Based in the commercial team, Lisa undertakes all types of commercial work, with a special emphasis on litigation and property disputes. Lisa's expertise includes dilapidations and warranty claims, in addition to contractual disputes and employment tribunal work. She has experience of all types of Civil Court proceedings at all Court levels, from County to High Court.
Lisa has a particular interest in providing employment law services within the Lincoln area and beyond, regularly acting for both employers and employees before Employment Tribunals and advises on all types of employment-related issues.
Lisa is president of the Gainsborough Area Council for the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, and attends various local committees in that capacity. Lisa is also secretary of the Lincolnshire Employment Accommodation Project, which, as its name suggests, is concerned with training and housing issues for young and vulnerable people.
In her time away from work, Lisa enjoys socialising and motorbikes, which, to save time, she is able to combine into one activity. Added to this, Lisa has a love of Italy; a country she visits as often as possible, and whose economy she single-handedly tries to support through the purchase of its produce (shoes and handbags)! Lisa's idea of heaven is a gelato, a glass of wine and a trip to Monza!
