Wills, Power of Attorney, Trusts and Estates

We can provide expert advice to help you put in place a properly drafted Will to ensure that your money and other assets go to the people that you want them to

If you have been appointed as an executor of a Will, we can help you to administer and settle the estate, a process which would typically involve obtaining a grant of probate. We will assist with all the required legal matters, including paying tax due and distributing the estate and can also advise on any disputes that may arise.

If you should lose mental capacity to make decisions for yourself, a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) will allow you to appoint in advance a trusted person – known as an attorney – to manage your affairs.

We can help draw up a LPA giving your attorney the power to make decisions about your finances and welfare, and we can also provide advice on care home fees and benefits you may be entitled to.

For more information on our wills, estates, trusts and LPA services please contact us.
