Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive

Gainsborough, Lincolnshire | hybrid or home working available | Full Time, Permanent | £50,000 – £75,000pa

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an esteemed Private Client department. You will take charge of a substantial existing caseload of probate and related work, serving a diverse range of clients.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with substantial experience in Private Client law
  • Proven track record of handling a diverse caseload of probate and related matters
  • Thorough understanding of inheritance tax, estate planning, and wealth management
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring the highest quality of service
  • Demonstrated dedication to professional development and staying abreast of industry changes

What will your role look like?

  • Handling a significant caseload of probate matters, including wills, estates, and trusts
  • Providing expert legal advice on inheritance tax, estate planning, and wealth preservation
  • Managing complex probate matters and estate administrations efficiently and diligently
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and offer personalised legal solutions
  • Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other related legal documents
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
